After 25 years of managing a network of country representatives, NBC has reviewed its role and given how the world has changed, especially internet communication and banking, has decided to replace this with NBC ambassadors.
Ambassadors will be mostly active on social media, where they will use their own networks to promote the club, the publications, and conservation work. Ideally an NBC Ambassador should be:
- active on social media with a significant following,
- enthusiastic about birds of the Neotropics,
- a member of NBC,
- willing to promote NBC.
