The adverts should preferably be in the following formats: .TIFF, .PDF or QUARK with JPG at a push.

Copy deadlines are 15 May (autumn issue Neotropical Birding) and 15 November (following spring’s issue Neotropical Birding and Cotinga).

N.B. Space is limited in Neotropical Birding so please contact the Advertising Officer early to avoid disappointment.

All advertising must be prepaid and sent by e-mail to the Advertising Officer (advertising-at-neotropicalbirdclub.org; replace "-at-" with "@" before mailing) or by CD in the post. The Advertising Officer will forward a weblink for safe payment via Worldpay. Alternatively cheques made payable to the Neotropical Bird Club can be sent to:
